Tim Reardon
Tim Reardon is a strategic and respected entrepreneurial leader who specializes identifying the
core purpose and potential of individuals, organizations and communities to inspire them to optimize their potential. Tim is a skilled
facilitator and has a track record of bringing people from diverse perspectives together to work
effectively on a common goal. Tim guides organizations and community groups through periods
of intense conflict and transition by incorporating a theory of Adaptive Leadership and a deep
understanding of the natural impact change has on human beings and the natural resistance to
change that is a byproduct of leadership. He brings a wealth of experience in government,
nonprofit, corporate, health care and educational organizations as well as grass-roots
community groups.
Tim specializes in the development and training of leadership, results and performance
accountability, assessing organizational dynamics, strategic plans, entrepreneurial solutions to
social problems, transforming organizational cultures, social policy for children and families, and
achieving outstanding outcomes through partnerships and collaborations. Tim brings a deep
understanding of the role that race, class, gender, sexual identity, life experience and cultural
dynamics have in unleashing people’s potential to achieve better results and lead the
transformation of people’s heads and hearts.
Tim earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of
Government, as an Archibald Bush Leadership Fellow. He also completed a Masters Degree in
Public Affairs at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of
Minnesota. He is a licensed social worker. He holds a Masters Certificate in Leadership
Development from Harvard University. His academic achievements include an undergraduate
degree in psychology and economic/business administration from St. John’s University in
Collegeville, Minnesota and international studies in Spanish and Liberation Theology from the
Universidad Catolica in Lima, Peru.
